When you purchase digital files from this store, you are buying a personal, non-transferable license to use these files.

  • print, cut, assemble, and craft items based on the files
  • sell the physical items you personally created

  • upload them publicly (including social media, Pinterest, or cloud drives)

All digital files remain my intellectual property.

5. Orders & Payment

Orders are processed only after successful payment.
Please make sure your information (email, shipping address) is correct — I rely on it to fulfill your order.

6. Shipping of Physical Items

I ship paid orders within 7 days using standard postal services.

If shipping is delayed due to holidays, illness, or vacation, I will include a small gift as compensation.

Estimated delivery time: 30–40 days, depending on your country and postal system.
Delays caused by customs, postal strikes, holidays, or other force majeure are outside my control.

Once the package is handed to the carrier, delivery speed is no longer something I can influence.

If your package has been in transit for over 60 days, or tracking hasn’t updated for 2+ weeks, please contact me and I’ll do my best to assist.

7. Returns & Refunds

Digital products are non-refundable due to instant access.

Physical items can be returned within 14 days after you receive them.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please contact me before sending anything back.

If your item arrived damaged, please send photos and I will offer compensation options.

8. Content Ownership

All text, images, graphics, branding, and digital files belong to me unless stated otherwise.
You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute any of my website content without permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the website for illegal or harmful activities
  • attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the website
