All digital products are non-refundable, as access to the files is provided immediately after purchase.
If you accidentally purchased the same digital item twice, please contact me. I can either exchange the duplicate for another digital item of your choice or issue a refund.
Physical Products
If you are not fully satisfied with a physical item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please contact me before sending the item back, so I can confirm the details and provide return instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without signs of use or damage.
Damaged or Broken Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please send me a message and include clear photos of the issue.
