All products in this store are digital files delivered electronically. Because of the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
However, if you experience technical issues with your purchase — for example:
- The download link doesn't work
- The file won't open or appears corrupted
- You did not receive the file after purchase

Please Note
All templates are made to 1:12 scale. These are raster-based (non-vector) images, meaning they cannot be resized without loss of quality.
If you purchase a file assuming it works for a different scale and later realize it does not meet your needs — this is not considered a technical error, and we do not offer refunds in such cases.
Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.
Accidental Duplicate Purchase
If you accidentally buy the same file more than once, please contact us. We will gladly replace the duplicate with any other product of equal value of your choice.
